Dunkin'

Here at noontime on Sunday. They're open but I was told at drive-thru they " can't take any orders."

So this place at 5pm has no doughnuts, no large coffee cups, no large cold drink cups, no frozen coffee, and the girl at the counter said she does not make breakfast food in the afternoons. SO WHY ARE YOU OPEN THEN?

I waited 25 minutes for bagel bites. Along with 4 other cars because nobody wants to work there part time job that gets paid way more then they should.

Skip this location!!! Don't even bother going through the drive-through, or walking inside. I did both and received no service! I was never greeted, even though that you ladies with the headsets on their heads looked me right in my eyes and said nothing. They were all so busy catching up on an old employee who was standing in the lobby talking about all of their life details.

After reading the other reviews this location just should be shut down.

This Dunkin' Donuts is just the worst one I have ever experienced. This morning I ordered a chocolate croissant, and I am very familiar with this from other Dunkin' locations and it is a favorite of mine. Well, they threw one in a bag, hard and stale, not heated, no napkin, chocolate not at an edible consistency inside a crumbly hard croissant. I was in a hurry and couldn't return it. Called later, was told there is no manager present. Obviously! I will totally avoid this location in the future.

By far the best Dunkin Donuts in the area, staff is friendly and know me by voice and I never have to order. Coffees here are made the best compared to other Dunkin Donuts in the area which make them almost undrinkable .

"WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO EVERYONE SIR, SO BYE!" Said the manager when I asked if the patrons waiting in line and I could get service rather than listening to them literally Cuss each other out behind the counter. The 2 people in front of me walked out because the service was so bad and the man in the drive thru freaked out. The manager said F$&@ all y'all don't come back. I don't know if the food is good or not because they wouldn't serve me but after sharing my experience with my neighbors they've all said "you don't go to that Dunkin'".

This is by far the WORST Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to. Considering that just now I found a DEAD fly in my drink, I am definitely not going their again and I encourage others not to either. This is absolutely disgusting and I've had bad quality service with getting wrong orders in the past. I can not describe the shock or disgust I've just encountered. Not only is this building dirty and negligent, they have horrible worker hospitality.

Food and coffee were good here, but service was a little slow for there not being anyone in line at the drive-thru. Employees seemed a bit young and immature - didn't seem to take their job too seriously, (as they needn't!) but could've kept their inside giggles away from the mic and pick-up window.

Ps. If you like flavored coffee, try the new Cookie dough iced coffee - if you're on a low sugar kick, ask for Splenda and skim milk. It is just as tasty as the full cal/fat version! Delicious and refreshing - this is how I like to get my caffeine in while away from home!

Service is always terrible at this location Covid or not!!! Go to Bridgeton location, they are always on top of their game.
